Bart Grietens (1982, Mechelen, Belgium) is a photographer. In 2007, he graduated in photography from the Sint-Lukas School of Arts in Brussels, where he specialized in dance and theatre photography. From circus to opera, from theater schools to internationally renowned companies, he captures movement and emotion in his images. Since 2014, Bart has been living and working in the Netherlands and he is currently based in Rotterdam.
Bart was awarded the Theater Photography Prize 2019.
